6. Measure 1.5 meters up from the base of the tree and then use a measuring tape and measure the circumference of the tree.

voucher specimen of the tree (1 small branch with multiple leaves on it). Use masking tape and a permanent marker
to "tag" the specimen with the tree ID#. Also write the tree ID# on the back of two of the leaves.
