The content, images, and links are preserved as they were originally captured; some assets or external links from the original site may no longer resolve, and the publication PDFs referenced throughout the site are not hosted here. A small number of technical repairs have been made since 2020 to keep the site working correctly — for example, restoring broken images and a broken slideshow. Each publication's [ PDF ] link now expands in place to show where the paper can be found instead — a DOI, a journal or repository link, and/or a Wikidata record — matched against the Carlquist Publications Dataset. With minimal exceptions, none of Dr. Carlquist's original text has been altered.
